Our swimming sessions are held at two venues:

We have four swim training sessions per week:
Tuesday 9:00pm – 10:00pm (coached by Maria at Waltham Forest College Pool)
Thursday 8:00pm - 9:30pm (coached by Martin at Larkswood Leisure Pool)
Thursday 9:00pm – 10:00pm (coached by Maria at Waltham Forest College Pool)
Saturday 8:00am – 9:00am Choice of coached and non coached (coached by Martin at Waltham Forest College Pool)
The sessions cost £5 each - however of you attend both the Tuesday and Thursday, the second session is £4. The Tuesday session tends to concentrate on technique whereas Thursday is a fitness session.
The Saturday session costs £4.50 for the non coached and £7.00 for the coached session.
If you are interested in joining the club, then attend one of the sessions to find out more about us and meet some friendly people. Just turn up and introduce yourself to whoever is collecting the money and the coach!
When coming into Larkswood leisure centre please tell the reception you are with East London Triathletes and then pay for your session poolside.
