The sessions cost £5 each - however of you attend both the Tuesday and Thursday, the second session is £4.

The Tuesday session tends to concentrate on technique whereas Thursday is a fitness session.

Saturday sessions cost £4.50 for non coached and £7.00 for coached. Coached sessions are technique.

Please note - To join an ELT ride you should wear a helmet, carry a pump, tyre levers, spare inner tubes, some money, phone and a drink. It will also be very beneficial to know how to change an inner tube. It is unlikely that you will be able to keep up if you have a mountain bike.

Remember: No helmet No ride.

After most Sunday rides, people gather at the tea hut at high Beech for a cup of tea, slice of cake and chat.
