ELT's Dragonslayer Duathlon is BACK for 2009!!
ELT is bringing back its very popular early-season Duathlon (7.5k Run/40k Bike/5k Run) on 19th April 2009.
The Venue will be the Redbridge Cycling Centre, Forrest Road, Hainault, Essex. IG6 3HP
The race will start with a Run consisting of 1 lap of the road circuit followed by 2 laps on an off road hardened track. The Bike section will be 20 laps of the full 2k circuit, and the final Run will be 2 laps on the off road track. Timing chips will be used and results will be posted on these webpages.
Entries can be made on-line via Entry Central or by post.
