The ELT Committee meet regularly to make sure that the club is run as best as it can and meets the needs of all its members. The Committee also agrees all the Grand Prix races each season and membership fees for each season.

Siobhan only took up triathlon 2 years ago but loves the sport. She feels it is important to encourage all abilities to join the club and enjoy the benefits that can be gained from the sport.

Natasha ensures we recall what decisions we made at meetings and helps organise the less fast bike rides. She has great attention to detail which is a perfect attribute for the club secretary!

Lawrence organises all the accounts, pays the bills, keeps us on track and ensures that ELT is a viable club. He has been involved in triathlon for many years and loves racing and meeting all those involved in the world of triathlon.

Dawn has several coaching qualifications and a vast amount of experience. She has been coach for the GB age group team for the world championships and we are lucky to have her expertise within ELT. Dawn plays a big role in how the club sessions are organised. She is a British Triathlon Level 3 Coach, a British Cycling Club Coach, an ASA Swimming Teacher and YMCA Personal Trainer.

David welcomes all of the male new members to the club, leads a ‘less fast bike ride’ once a month (this caters for abilities) and keeps our stats in order so we know who should get what prize at the end of the year!

Pete sources, buys and sells the ELT club kit. The kit gives the club great identity and is fab to wear at races.
